电动公交更换式充电站的优化设计

摘    要:更换式充电站具有提高车辆利用率、电池充电温度可控和电池维护便利等优点,成为国内纯电动公交车最主要的能源补给模式,同时更换式充电站也具有使用电池数量大、占地面积大、投资规模大等缺点.本文建立了基于高峰发车间隔、平峰发车间隔、高峰持续时间、平峰持续时间、电池回站SOC等参数的更换式充电站的车辆数量、电池数量和更换工位数量计算方法,建立了基于锂离子电池充电曲线的充电站总充电功率的计算方法,通过实际充电站的运行数据测试,验证了本文提出的相关方法的可行性和准确性.

Abstract:Battery swap station is an important infrastructure with the development of electric vehicles due to high vehicle usage,easily controlling battery temperature,and convenient maintenance.However,the lack of a complete station matching design leads to an excess of configurations in battery swap stations.Aiming at this issue,a calculation method for the number of vehicles,battery packs and robots for swapping battery is presented based on the departure time interval of the EV bus during peak hour and off-peak hour,the duration of peak hour, the duration of off-peak hour,distribution of battery SOC of EV bus back to the swap station.The charging power of the battery swap station is described in the paper.The practical operation results demonstrate the efficacy and accuracy of the proposed method.
