| Abstract: | Described are the reorganization and development process of main locomotive and rolling stock firms in the world in the recent 10 years, especially the process of Alstom, Siemens, ADtranz and Bombardier becoming the transnational groups after merging and reorganizing, which indicates that the development tendency in the field of locomotives and rolling stock is the centralization of development sources, intensive arrangement of the production base and the price reduction of the products. |
