沥青混合料级配辅助设计软件的开发

集料级配设计是沥青混合料设计的重要内容，直接影响沥青混合料的质量乃至沥青路面的质量。首先分析了沥青混合料级配设计软件开发的必要性及国内外动态；然后回顾了有关沥青混合料级配的设计理论，并分析和筛选出适用于计算机的级配设计方法；最后，介绍了该混合料级配设计辅助软件的开发思路和过程以及相关功能。

Research of the Asphalt Mixture Gradation Aided Design Software

Design of aggregate gradation is the important process of Asphalt mixture design which affects the quality of Asphalt mixture and pavement.Anciently,aggregate gradation design of asphalt mixture was done by hands and by means of the trial balance,which was a time-consuming and hard-sledding process.In the mean time,it was also a process relying on the experience of mixture designer.Thus,the quality of asphalt mixture design can not be ensured by this design process.Under this background,the study in this paper firstly investigates the requirement for the asphalt mixture gradation aided design software and research trends both domestic and abroad;and then,the gradation design theory of asphalt mixture is reviewed and a suitable approach for computer is filtered out;finally,the developing procedure and functions of the software are introduced.The works in this paper are significative for efficiency and quality as well as cost of asphalt mixture design.
