| 摘 要： | 国际海事组织发布了AIS船上应用导则(A.917(22)号决议案)及其培训标准,以及国际灯塔协会对VTS操作员培训标准评估指南。要求使用者必须熟悉AIS的性能和有关缺陷。鉴于此,讨论了培训和发证方法,为海事安全管理机构、船公司和海运院校提出了一些建议。

Probe on the Training and Certification in the Operation of AIS |

| Abstract: | IMO has however developed Guidelines for the on-board operational use of shipborne AIS (Resolution A.917 (22) and the IMO Standards of Training, IALA Guidelines on the Assessment of Training requirements for VTS operators. User should be aware of all the potential uses and pitfalls of AIS. For this reason this paper makes discussions on the training and certification measures abroad, and draws some valuable ideas for the references to maritime safety administrations, shipping companies and maritime institutions. |
