| 摘 要： | 论述船舶主机缸套产生裂纹的原因和易出现裂纹的部位，提出了避免裂纹产生的措施和主机日常管理中应注意的事项，指出合理得当的操作和适当的保养可以避免一些裂纹的产生，延长主机的使用寿命。

| Abstract: | The cause of the cylinder liner cracking for marine main engine was analyzed and the position of the crack on the cylinder liner was point out in this paper. The countermeasures were enumerated to prevent the cracking. The main prevention was daily maintenance. However,the reasonable operation and the timing maintenance can avoid the cracking and prolong the lifetime of the cylinder. |
