| Abstract: | By means of developed countries experiences on developing high-speed railway,the effects of environm ental resources on high-speed railway has been introduces.With the aid of these experiences,it can beuse in enveronmental impact assessment of planning high-speed railway in our country.Sound,vibration and electromagnetics caused by railway along the railway line have inflnences to a certain extent,as well as atmosphere and water environment.By applying the new technology of railway construction and locomotive and rolling stock,and the de elopment of environment protection technology,the adveise affects of high-speed railway on environmentalresources can be controlled in smaller limits.Thus,the highs-peed railway will be the modern traffic mode with minimum consumption of energy resources.lower expenditure, slight environmental impact. |
