| 摘 要： | 综述了与电焊工人肺癌有关的几个因素，如电焊烟尘中铁氧化物，六价铬和镍，焊接作业时石棉制品的接触和超低频电场的辐射，吸烟等。介绍了电焊工人肺癌的研究进展，并提出在今后研究电焊工人肺癌时要考虑多种混杂因素，注重有价值的剂量与效应关系的研究及病因学的探讨。

| Abstract: | Multi fatcors which had related to potential cancer risks, lung cancer in particular with occupational exposure among welders had been discussed. For example, ferric oxidate, chromium (Cr6 ), ni ckel (Ni ) in wilding fume, and asbestic products, radiation of extremely low frequency electric fieldsand smoking in welding operations.The authors pointed out that special attention should be paid to the multi factors and the dose response relation and pathogenesis' of welders' lung cancer for the study in future. |
