灰色数列模型对水泥粉尘容许浓度的研究

摘    要:应用灰色数列模型寿命表法对接尘工人连续工作30年,控制尘肺患病率在1%的条件下,水泥粉尘作业场所的粉尘容许浓度为16.8mg/m3。同时采用直线与曲线回归进行拟合预测,选择相关指数较优的模型对数回归,现场水泥粉尘容许浓度为24.3mg/m3。灰色数列模型、对数回归方程与实际概率单位误差分析,GM(1,1)的误差较小,拟合度较好,现场粉尘容许浓度合理严格。

Abstract:Under the control of 1% pneumoconiosis prevalence rate. daest expo bed 30 years' standingworkers' bad been calculated by using the grel mathematical arrays (G. M.A. ) life table, the alloable concentration cement dust in the operation area must be 16.8 mg/m3. Simultaneuosly,fitting calcua non of linear and curie regresstion and optitnization of the related index model logarithm regresstion.the allowable con centration cement dust must be 24. 3 ma/m~.Comparing the results of error anallsis between G.M. A. model and a ctual probability, it showsthat the former's error is smaller and fitting decree is batter than take latter, and the allowable concen iration is reasonable and strict.
