地下连续墙工字钢接头刷壁器研制

地下连续墙工字钢接头清刷质量的好坏以及清刷效率的高低直接影响到地下连续墙的止水效果及施工进度。传统的刷壁工艺存在刷壁效果差、刷壁效率低、施工场地要求高、工序繁琐等缺陷。为了解决地下连续墙工字钢接头清刷这一施工难题,通过对接头刷壁器钢毛刷进行改进以及刷壁器安装方式进行优化,将刷壁器连接固定在成槽机斗架体的刮泥板外立面上,利用成槽机的斗架体带动固定架实现上下运动,从而对地下连续墙接头面进行清理刷壁。地下连续墙工字钢接头刷壁器的研制使得刷壁效果得到了明显改善,解决了工字钢接头清刷的质量问题;同时减少了工序转换,节约了刷壁时间,提高了施工效率,并取得了良好的经济和技术效益。

The improvement and development of steel brush and installation of wall brushing device are carried out. The wall brushing device is connected on the scraper bucket grooving machine frame. As a result, good effects have been achieved.
