摘    要:对自升式钻井平台的环境载荷和结构强度进行了介绍。给出了环境载荷的主要组成部分及计算方法,对水动力载荷所引起的动态放大效应和由于平台水平位移而产生的P-DELTA效应加以了说明。针对拖航状态下桩腿承受很大的动力作用,还论述了油田拖航和远洋拖航状态下桩腿强度的计算方法,最后以谱分析方法为例,给出了结构疲劳强度分析的一般步骤。

Abstract:Environmental loadings and structure strength of self-elevating drilling units are introduced in this paper. Main components of environmental loadings are reviewed and their calculational methods are given. Dynamic amplification effect caused by hydrodynamics loadings and hull sway effect lateral structure deflections respectively are also described. Leg strength for both field transit and ocean transit are considered since legs are subjected to the gravity and inertial loads associated with the transit. Spectrum fatigue method is taken as an example to illustrate the general procedures of the fatigue analysis at the end of this paper.
