五O四厂黄河大桥的抗震设计与减隔震关键技术研究

摘    要:该文以五O四厂黄河大桥3跨预应力混凝土连续梁桥为工程背景,研究了高烈度地震区大跨度高桩承台桥梁的抗震及减、隔震设计方法。建立全桥有限元模型,进行了E1水准及E2水准的地震反应分析及抗震验算。E2水准抗震设计中桩采用考虑轴力变化的纤维梁单元模拟。由于E2水准下桥墩的抗剪及桩身强度不满足要求,又对该桥进行了摩擦摆支座的减隔震设计。详细给出支座减、隔震设计的方法及步骤,并进行了非线性时程反应分析。结果表明减隔、震支座大幅提高了桥梁的整体抗震性能。

Abstract:Taking three-span prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge of Huanghe River Bridge of Factory 504 as the engineering background,the article studies the seismic,damping and isolation design methods of long-span high-pile base slab bridge in the high intensity seismic region.The finite element model of the whole bridge is set up to carry out E1 level and E2 level of seismic reaction analysis and seismic checking calculation.In E2 level seismic design,the pile is simulated by the fiber beam unite considering the variation of axial force.As the anti-shear and pile strength of pier under E2 level can not satisfy the requirement,the damping isolation design of friction pendulum bearing is implemented for this bridge.The article gives the method and step of damping isolation design for bearing in detail,and carries out the nonlinear time-history response analysis.The result shows that the damping isolation bearing can greatly enhance the integral seismic performance of bridge.
