| Abstract: | On the basis of analyzing the owner risk structure of BOT project of expressway,the method of fuzzy mathematics is combined with the analytic hierarchy process to set up the fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation model,which provides a subjective and objective combined analytic method for the owner of expressway BOT project to evaluate the risk,and the model is validated by a practical case. |
