摘    要:该文介绍了在传统的铰链板密封装置的基础上,针对目前盾构到达施工风险控制的难题,设计出一种全新的反袜套气弹簧抗风险装置,并成功应用于郑州地铁某区间盾构进洞工程。气弹簧产生的支撑压力可以与洞圏内的渗漏土水压力相平衡,有效地防止土水渗漏,保证盾构安全到达,并节省工期3 d。该技术具有原理简单、安装简便、结实耐用等优点,具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:The article introduces the difficulty of shield arriving construction risk control now on the basis of the traditional hinge plate sealing device,and the design of a complete new sock gas spring risk resistance device,which is successfully applied in an area shield tunneling project of subway in Zhengzhou.The bracing pressure produced by gas spring can be balanced with the seepage soil and water pressure within tunnel efficiently to prevent the soil and water from leakage,to guarantee the shield safely arrive,and to save the working period for 3 d.This technology has the advantages of simple principle,convenient installation,sturdiness and durableness,and the wide application prospect.
