摘    要:目的 观察不同营养饲料加氟喂养大鼠的氟骨症X线表现。方法 用健康 40d龄SD大鼠 ,随机分为对照组、低营养组和富营养组 ,两个实验组大鼠饮含F-4 0mg·L-1单蒸水 ,实验期为 17.5个月 ,检测血氟、尿氟、骨氟及尿羟脯氨酸 (hypro)含量 ,取左髂骨、股骨及胫腓骨拍钼钯片 ,在解剖显微镜下比较观察。 结果 低营养组 (16例 )髂骨及胫骨均有氟骨症X线表现 ,1例比较轻微。富营养组 (10例 )髂骨及胫骨X线表现 :5例骨结构接近正常 ,1例氟骨症可疑 ,4例为氟骨症。实验组血清F-、尿F-、骨F-和尿Hypro明显高于对照组。结论 低营养饲料加重了氟骨症的改变。

Abstract:Objective To observe the radiology of skeletal fluorosis in rats on several different diets of excessive fluorosis. Methods We used health SD rats aged 40 days. The rats were randomly divided into 3 group: control group, group on low nutrition diet and group on high-nutrition diet. The rats in the two experiment groups drank vaporized water supplemented with excessive fluoride (40 mg·L -1). The test lasted 17.5 months. We checked the fluoride in blood, urine and bone and also checked the Hgpro in urine of rats in the three groups. We also got the radiology of the dissected left iliac, femur, tibiae and fibula of them, and compared the results of the three groups under anatomic microscopy. Results Among the 16 rats in the group on low-nutrition diet, the radiology of illiac and tibiae were all skeletal fluorosis, one of which changed subtly. Among the 10 rats in the high-nutrition diet group, the radiological findings showed normal in 5 of them, convertible in 1 and skeletal fluorosis in 4. The amount of fluoride in the serum, urine, bone and Hgpro in urine were sighificantly higher in experiment groups than in control group. Conclusion Low-nutrition diet aggravates the disease.
