| Abstract: | The optimum layout of loop detectors in highway network was conventionally obtained through mathematical methods, which is difficult to solve.A simple method was introduced in this paper,which can gain the relatively optimum layout of loop detec- tors in a regional highway network.Four kinds of layout purpose were brought forward in order to grasp the general conditions of the regional highway network in this method. |
