| 摘 要： | 文中论述了教学督导在教学管理体系中的作用,提出了教学督导工作应树立以人为本的理念和运用持续改进的原则,从而处理好"督"与"导"的关系,实现教学督导工作的提升与完善。同时提出了由督教向教学全过程督导拓展的设想。

| Abstract: | This paper expounds the fumction of the instruction and supervision in teaching administration system,puts forward the people-oriented idea in instructing and supervising work and the principle of of continuous improvement, so that by dealing well with the relationship between supervising andinstructing,we can achieve the self-perfect in teaching supervision work.Meanwhile,it also puts forward an idea of developing teaching supervision into instruction and supervision in the whole teaching process. |
