基于THJ-3型的二容水箱模糊控制器设计与实验研究

摘    要:在简要介绍THJ-3型高级过程控制对象系统实验装置的基础上,利用模糊推理方法设计了一个二容水箱模糊控制器,用MATLAB语言编写二容水箱水位控制程序,并用MCGS组太软件实现实时数据的显示和水位控制实时曲线的生成.最后将其与经典的PID控制进行比较,控制效果有明显的改善.

Abstract:Based on the high level process control instrument-THJ-3, the 2-container water tank fuzzy controller is designed by using fuzzy illative method. Then, its control programs are executed in MATLAB language,and the showing of real-time data and the creating of real-time control curve are achieved by executing MCGS configuration software. Finally,it is compared with classical PID control, and the result is improved clearly.
