不同类型C40及C50混凝土耐久性的试验研究

摘    要:通过快速冻融法、美国电量法、干湿循环腐蚀法等分析了引气剂和复合矿物外加荆单掺及复掺对C40、C50大流动性混凝土抗冻性、抗氯离子渗透性、抗盐类腐蚀性等耐久性的影响规律.与基准混凝土相比,从抗冻性来看,双掺复合矿物外加剂和引气剂时效果最好,单掺引气剂次之,单掺复合矿物外加剂稍好;从抗氯离子渗透性来看,双掺复合矿物外加剂和引气剂时效果最好,单掺复合矿物外加剂次之,单掺引气剂稍有降低;在所设计的腐蚀条件下,C50各类型混凝土抗腐蚀均很强,C40各类型混凝土除引气混凝土外抗腐蚀性较强.

Abstract:Air-entraining agent and compound mineral admixture uni-doped or co-doped affecting durability(frost resistance,resistance to chloride ino permeability,corrosion resistance,etc)of high fluidity C40,C50 concrete is analysed through quick freeze-thaw tests,American coulometric method,dry-wet cycling corrosion method,etc..The results showed that for frost resistance,compared with normal concrete,concrete double mixed with compound mineral admixture and air-entraining agent has the best effect while uni-doped a...
