矿用自卸车车架静动态性能分析

对某型矿用自卸车的车架进行了有限元分析和模态分析,通过SOLID单元离散将车架建立了计算模型,研究该车架静、动态性能,了解该车架的整体受力状况,以此为设计依据,对车架局部的应力集中区域进行了结构改进。

Static and Dynamic Analysis for Frame of Mining Dump Truck

Based on the finite element and simulation analysis, the frame of dump truck was analyzed. The static and dynamic performance have been researched through the establishment of discrete SOLID element /cell framework to set up the calculation /numeration model. So that the whole stress condition of the frame can be known. On the basis of the design , structure improvement can be made in stress concentration part of the framework.
