上海地铁车辆客室车门可靠性和安全性技术研究

摘    要:介绍上海地铁车辆内藏门、塞拉门和外挂门的结构原理,对这3种结构的客室车门故障原因进行分析。以塞拉门为案例,采用FTA方法对车门系统的可靠性进行了分析,得出导致车门故障的所有可能因素和薄弱环节;然后对此3种结构车门的系统和运营安全性进行了研究,为客室车门维修和今后购车选型提供依据。

Abstract:The paper presents the structure of the double-leaf pocket sliding door, the shding plug door and the outside sliding door of Shanghai Metro vehicles. Through the fault analysis on these three types of doom, the main fault reasons are obtained. Case study is focused on the sliding plug door, and the FTA method is used for the reliability analysis of the door system. The result from the FrA reliability analysis is consistent with the fault symptoms related to all potential factors and design bugs of the door system. The system and operation safety of the three sorts of doors are studied, which provides referrence to the door maintenance activities and technical specification to the further rolling-stock procurement in the future.
