Expendable Pattern Casting Process for Clamp Style Flexible Tube Joint

Clamp style tube joints are produced with the technology of casting of EPC(expandable pattern casting).The technology includes the manufacture of foam plastics molds and casting of lost pattern.The core and key points of casting of EPC include the manufacture of expanded beads in the process of the manufacture of foam plastics molds,mold forming,in the process of casting of lost pattern,coating,jolt molding and negative casting.The parameters of foundry technology should be emended and improved in production practice.The results indicate that clamp style tube joints produced with the technology of casting of EPC have high quality and low production cost,as well as high practical value.
