| 摘 要： | 应用抗P53单克隆抗体DO－1，采用免疫组化ABC法对50例肺癌组织中P53蛋白的表达进行检测并取25例远癌肺组织作为对照。结果显示肺癌组织中P53蛋白的表达明显高于对照组；P53蛋白的表达与肺癌的分级、分期无关而与淋巴结转移及预后显著相关。提示P53蛋白的异常表达与肿瘤的恶性转化有关，P53蛋白可作为肺癌预后估计的指标。

| Abstract: | Expression of P53 protein was assayed in 50 cases of human lung cell carcinoma(LCC) and 25 adjancent non-neoplastic lung tissues were taken as controls using P53 McMb Do-1 by immunohis-tochemical ABC technique. The results revealed that P53 staining in tumor tissue was significantly stronger than in adjacent normal tissue. There was no significant correlation between expression of P53 protein and tumor grade or stage while P53 expres-sion was significantly related with lymph node metastasis and prognosis. Our finding suggests that abnomal expression of P53 is related with maligant potential and may be applied as a tumor mark for the evaluation of the prognosis of LCC. |
