变宽幅分隔型曲面碎石布料器研究

在对碎石布料器工作原理研究的基础之上,对比分析了各种碎石布料器的特征和应用范围,通过力学分析,对曲面分隔型变宽幅碎石布料器布料过程中石料的运动学特性进行了分析,并就布料器的导料槽与水平面之间的夹角、布料槽的合理宽度以及布料器末端弧度等重要指标进行了探讨。提出了满足施工要求的变宽幅碎石布料器的结构原理及设计方法,并提出相应的设计要点。

Study on Broaden Divided Bend Chipping Diffuser

Based on the study of working theory of chipping diffuser, this paper compares the characteristic and appliance of some kind of chipping diffuser. By the way of mechanics analysis, this paper studies the kinematics of chip during the work of bend divided broaden chipping diffuser, discusses the angle between guide chip groove and horizontal, reasonable width of guide chip groove and radian of diffuser end. It is advanced in this paper that the frame, design method and outline of broaden chipping diffuser meets the construction.
