基于多目标遗传算法的船舶修理计划优化研究

摘    要:针对船舶修理工作中的计划任务分配问题,提出了基于多目标遗传算法的船舶修理计划优化的方法。将修理经费和时间作为两个追求的目标函数,采用改进的非支配解排序的多目标进化算法(NSGA II)对优化模型进行了求解,得到了任务分配的Pareto优化解。这种方法能够比通常的加权和方法得到更多的计划方案,能够给任务制订者更多的选择。文中计算了一个维修任务分配例子,并且和通常单目标优化结果进行了比较,表明了该方法的有效性和实用性。

Abstract:The construction of maintenance mission planning for ship equipment is a very complex task.Many factors should be taken into account.In general,minimum time and minimum cost are the keen objective function.The work can be regarded as a multi-objective optimization problem.A Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm Ⅱ(NSGAⅡ)is employed for this problem to obtain the set of Pareto solutions in present study.A mission planning example is conducted to illustrate the analysis process,with Pareto obtained.The traditional multiobjective optimization approach,such as weighted-sum optimization,is also used for the same example.The results show that NSGAⅡ can provide more solutions for decision makers.
