| 摘 要： | 本文基于有限元分析软件HyperWorks的结构分析功能，对不同结构的三种冲焊桥壳进行了几种典型工况下的强度及刚度分析，找出了桥壳方管截面的圆角大小与桥壳的刚度、强度之间的关系，为后续桥壳的结构设计提供了理论依据。

| Abstract: | The text analyzes the strength and rigidity of three kinds of punching- welding axle housing in several typical working conditions,then finds out the relationship between the rigidity and strength and radii with the structural analysis based on finite element analysis software HyperWorks.The above analysis results of the text provides a theoretical basis for the structural design of the follow-up to the axle housing. |
