摘    要:为防止空中飞机危险接近,保障飞行安全,提高管制员对飞行冲突的预见性和调配飞行冲突的能力,建立了基于雷达的坐标系,提出了预测多机飞行冲突的水平检测和预测冲突时间段的方法.研究表明:在水平投影面上,如果飞机Ai的保护区与飞机Aj的阴影交叉,将发生水平冲突;如果同时发生垂直冲突,那么飞机Ai和Aj将发生飞行冲突,需要在雷达监控下,通过改变航向、速度和飞行高度以避免飞行冲突.但若水平冲突和垂直冲突的时间段不交叉,则飞机Ai和Aj没有冲突,可以保持现有(平飞、下降或上升)状态飞行.仿真分析结果表明了检测和调配方法的正确性.

Abstract:To avoid the air traffic collision,secure the flight safety and improve the air traffic controller's capability to foresee and deal with flight conflicts,a radar-based coordinate system was established,and the concept of "horizontal detection" to foresee multi-traffic flight conflicts was brought forward.Furthermore,a method to foresee the horizontal detection of multi-traffic flight conflicts and the time slice of conflicts was proposed.The research shows that if the protected zone of aircraft A_i is intercrossed with the shadow of aircraft A_j on a horizontal surface and there is a vertical conflict,a flight conflict between aircraft A_i and A_j will occur.Under this condition,it is advisable to adjust the aircraft heading and speed or alter the flight altitude to avoid the flight conflict with the help of a surveillance radar.However,if there is no intercross in the time slice of horizontal and vertical conflicts,no flight conflict will happen between aircraft A_iand A_j.Finally,a simulation analysis was made to test the validity of this method.
