摘    要:地铁大架修车辆段属于大规模的工业设施,占地通常在30~50 hm2,其中车辆段内的大架修设施无论是占地面积、厂房规模还是设备数量,在车辆段中都占着相当大的比重。着重研究如何根据大架修工艺,精确计算各检修股道的能力、精细化设计联合检修库库内外轨道数量和布置方式,在不增加现有联合检修库建筑面积的前提下,减少库内外的轨道数量和长度、减少工艺设备、增加用于检修各种车辆部件的面积,探索出一条减少投资、减少占地,提高车辆修理效率的新设计方法。如采用本研究成果可节约投资上千万元,联合检修库库内外轨道用地可以减少20%~30%。

Abstract:A metro overhaul depot is a kind of large-scale industrial facility, which normally covers an area of 30-50 hectares.The overhaul facilities occupy a large proportion of the depot in terms of their area, plant sizes or equipment quantity. This paper focuses on how to calculate the capacity of each track accurately, and design the number and layout of the inside and outside tracks of the main workshop optimally in accordance with the repair process. Without increasing the existing construction area of the main workshop, the number and length of tracks inside and outside the main workshop should be reduced, the process equipment should be reduced, and the area for repairing various vehicle parts should be increased. By exploring a new design approach to reduce investment and land occupation, and improve vehicle repair efficiency, the application of this study can save tens of millions of yuan of investment, and reduce the area of the tracks inside and outside the workshop by 20-30%.
