小型船舶采暖方式可行性分析

摘    要:文章通过对“热风炉”及“锅炉+换热器”两种采暖方式的, 在翅片式换热器制造工艺及技术进步的前提下,对于小型船舶采用“锅炉+换热器”采暖方式代替“热风炉”采暖方式是完全可行的,运行结果表明“锅炉+换热器”采暖方式为小型船舶采暖方式提供了一种非常好的选择。

Abstract:By means of comparison between the two heating modes, i.e. to use "air heater" or "boiler+heat exchanger", this paper expounds that it is completely feasible to use "boiler+heat exchanger" in stead of "air heater" for heating of small ship under the conditions of the present advanced manufacture process of plate fintype heat exchanger. Practical operation shows that to use "boiler+heat exchanger" for beating is a good selection for small ships.
