EQ1060系列载货汽车膨胀水箱“假开锅”的原因及改进措施

ＥＱ１０６０系一我载货汽车自投放市场以来，用户使用发现：该车行驶一段距离后，膨胀水箱中出现水量严重不足甚至全空现象。经分析认为产生故障的原因：散热器上水室上的出气管位置不合理；复式压力盖的设置位置不合理。针对以上原因，提出了改进措施。

Cause and Improvement of " False Boiling"in Cooling Radiator Condensate Trap of the EQ 1060 Series Trucks

Users of the EQ 1060 series trucks noticed that serious shortage or even vacation of water in the condensate trap occurred after the trucks were put into service and driven a short mileage. After analysis, causes of the phenomenon is considered to be unreasonable position of bleeding pipe of the radiator upper water chamber and unreasonable allocation of compound pressure cover. Thereafter, modification measures are suggested in accordance with the above cause.
