轮式工程机械操作模拟训练器关键技术研究

摘    要:平衡重式叉车、空箱堆高机、集装箱正面吊是港口装卸作业的重要轮式工程机械,造价昂贵,操作复杂,安全性要求高.文中分析了平衡重式叉车、空箱堆高机、正面吊等工程机械的功能及驾驶操作要求,给出了模拟训练器的功能和结构,设计了操作训练时的虚拟场景,开发了模拟系统的软、硬件,完成了轮式工程机械操作模拟训练器关键技术的研究.

Abstract:Counterbalanced lift truck, empty container stacker and reach stacker are important wheel type construction machinery. They have a high cost of construction, a complicated operational tech- nique, and a strict demand of safety. This paper analyses the capability and driving operation demand of some wheel type construction machineries like the counterbalanced lift truck, empty container stacker, reach stacker, ensures the capability and the structure of the training simulation machine, de- signs the virtual driving environment, explores the software and hardware of the simulation model. And what's more, this paper finishes the research of the key techniques of the operational simulation training of the wheel type construction machinery. And the achievement is proved to have applicable uses.
