摘    要:通过对国内外现有高速公路改扩建现状及趋势的研究,依据改扩建方案的特点,分别从宏观的路网优化层面与微观的新建、扩容方案比较层面对我国高速公路的改扩建方案进行递进分析.再通过模糊综合评价法的应用,为高速公路改扩建方案的主观决策提供量化的客观依据.

Abstract:Though the study on the tendency of freeway expansion, the paper progressive analyses free- way reconstruction programme from macro levels of highway net optimization and micro levels of com- paring with construction and expansion, and provides the frame for determining Freeway Expansion plan, by using AHP-fuzzy method to provide quantized objective basis for subjective decision of free- way expansion.
