摘    要:为保证防水粘结层与沥青铺装层和混凝土板之间的良好粘结,应通过试验选择性能优良的防水粘结层材料。结合京港澳高速公路郑州黄河大桥的桥面铺装层设计,首先在室内按照抗剪强度最大的原则确定了桥面防水粘结层材料的最佳涂膜量,然后在最佳涂膜量的条件下测定了不同垂直压力和温度下粘结层抗剪强度的变化情况,分析了变化规律,同时又测定了不同温度下粘结层的粘结强度,并建立了粘结强度和抗剪强度的关系。通过现场拉拔试验,建立了桥面防水粘结层抗剪强度指标,并对实体工程进行了验证。防水粘结层室内外研究的方法和结果,对大跨径混凝土桥梁粘结防水层设计具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:Waterproof tack coat layer on long-span concrete bridge is an very important part of deck pavement structure. Its performance has a deep influence on the life of pavement structure on the deck. For obtaining the best bond function between asphalt concrete layer and cement concrete deck, it is necessary to check performance of tack coat material by in door and field test. Based on construction design of asphalt concrete tack coat layer in Zhengzhou Yellow River Bridge and in accordance with the nile of maximum sheering resistance, the optical weight per meter of tack coat indoor tests is conducted firstly. Varies sheering resistance data are tested in different vertical compress and temperature with the optical tack coat weight afterwards and then the trend of sheering resistance is analyzed. After detecting cohesive stress of the material in different temperatures, relationship between cohesive stress and sheering stress is set up. Index of sheering stress of waterproof tack coat layer is created by pulling-up field tests, and tack coat layer of construction design in the field is tested and verified according to the index.
