| Abstract: | This paper introduces the reasons for the setting forth of the proposal of constructing"digital waterway"in the Yangtze River and the meaning, aim and principle of its construction. It also describes the overall frame, main contents and key technique of constructing the "digital waterway" in the Yangtze River, based on which, a plan on constructing the "digital waterway" in the Yangtze River is proposed. |
