A Discussion on the Issue of the Construction of Collegiate Professional Skills Certification Stations

Quality is the life-blood of professional skills certification work. Implementing separation of training and assessment plays a tremendously important part in ensuring the quality of the certification process. Collegiate certification stations should be established from professional associations, setting up off-campus training centres, sharing the responsiblity of assessing and delivering professional certification with professional associations. With professional certification being the core value,it is important to establish a solid team of " dual-educational" certification evaluators.
