| Abstract: | The main bridge of the Shengmi Bridge in Nanchang is a two arch bridge of concrete-filled steel tubes. In the construction of the bridge, quitea few novel workmanship and construction techniques have been applied. In this paper, the construction procedures of foundations, superstructure, the principal construction technical features and construction difficulties of the bridge are expounded. |
