摘    要:介绍电气差动卸船机控制系统的设计,通过对4个电机进行精确的调速控制来实现抓斗和小车的动作,采用专门的算法和技术来实现四卷筒的同步、负载均衡和钢丝绳防松。

Abstract:The paper introduces the design of the control system for a ship unloader with the electrical differential system.Through the precise speed control to four motors,the actions of the grab and the trolley are achieved,and then the synchronization of four drums,the load balancing and the anti-loose for steel wire rope can be achieved through a proprietary technology and algorithm.
