人纤维蛋白原G/A-455(FGB)基因多态性与动脉粥样硬化血栓并发症的相关性研究

摘    要:应用 PCR限制性内切酶技术 ,检测了 30例冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病 (CHD)患者 ,2 0例原发性高血压 (EH)患者及 2 1例健康成人 G/A- 455(FGB)基因多态性 ,采用自动化检测系统求出血浆纤维蛋白原 (Fg)浓度及 Fg分子功能参数。结果显示 :血浆 Fg浓度升高及 Fg分子功能增强都是 CHD的危险因素 ,G/A- 455基因多态性与血浆 Fg浓度、Fg分子功能及 CHD、EH的发病均无显著相关性

Study of correlation of human β fibrinogen G/A 455 polymorphism and the thrombotic complications of atherosclerosis
Abstract:In this study ,the polymorphism of G/A 455 of β fibrinogen gene(FGB) was detected in Chinese population by polymerase chain reaction(PCR) with combination of restriction endonuclease digestion,Blasma fibrinogen(Fg) was measured by the kenetic method ,which allows to estimate the Fg level and Fg molecular reactivity, 30 patients with coronary heart disease (CHD),20 patients with essential hypertension(EH) and 21 healthy adults were involved in this study.It was showed that the increased plasma Fg level and enhanced Fg molecular were both risk factors of CHD.Chinese population has the polymorphism of G/A 455 and plasma Fg level well as Fg molecular reactivity,In addition ,the polymorphism of G/A 455 (FGB) is not correlated to the risk of CHD or EH.
