| 摘 要： | 对 4 2例大肠癌患者手术前后血清中癌胚抗原 (Carinoembryonle Antigen ,CEA)及可溶性白介素 - 2受体 (Solubleinter leukin- 2 receptor,SIL - 2 R)的检测结果显示 ,术前血清 CEA及 SIL - 2 R均高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,且随 Duke′s分期增高而升高。术后血清 CEA较 SIL- 2 R下降快。但 SIL- 2 R在术后 10 d内反升高 ,尤其是 6例 Duke′s D期患者更明显 ,可能与肿瘤本身转移及手术对机体免疫功能抑制有关。CEA及 SIL- 2 R与肿瘤的病理类型无关。提示 ,术后定期联合监测 CEA及 SIL- 2 R可为临床观察肿瘤患者的病情变化、严重程度、监测疗效及判断预后提供依据 ,及早发现术后复发病人。 |

| Abstract: | Through measuring the level of CEA and SIL 2R from 42 patients with colorectal neoplasm, the results showed that the level of CEA and SIL 2R in preoperational patients were obviously higher than that in mormal mucosa (P<0.01) and in creased with Duke′s stage developing.The drop of CEA was faster than SIL 2R after operation.On the contrary, the level of Sil 2R increased in the first 10 days after operation, especially in 6 patients with Duke's D stage.These results indicated that combinative measuring the level of CEA and SIL 2R scheduledly can easily observe the clinical significances of the patients with colorctal neoplasm. |
