p21WAF1/CIP1基因及p53蛋白在大肠癌的表达及意义

摘    要:用免疫组织化学方法对 4 2例大肠癌组织 p2 1WAF1/ CIP1基因及 p53蛋白的表达进行检测。结果表明 :p2 1WAF1/ CIP1阳性率 4 2 .9% ,p53蛋白阳性率 6 4 .1% ;两者与大肠癌的组织分化、淋巴结转移及术后生存率之间有关 ,并随着肿瘤恶性程度的增加 ,p2 1WAF1/ CIP1阳性率下降 ,p53蛋白阳性率增加。推测 p2 1WAF1/ CIP1及 p53之间存在着一定的负性相关关系 ,同时检测 p2 1WAF1/CIP1基因及 p53蛋白的表达情况 ,有助于判断大肠癌的生物学行为及患者的预后。

The expression of p21WAF1/CIP1 gene and p53 protein in colorectal cancer
Abstract:In order to study the relation of p21WAF1 gene and p53 protein and their prognostic value in cases with colorectal cancer, an immunohistochemical method was used p53 gene products on 42 paraffin embedded human colorectal cancer tissues.The results showed that the total positive staining rate of p21WAF1 gene and p53 protein was 42.9% and 64.1% .The expression of both was correlated with histological classification and differentiation of carcinoma.The positive staining rate of p21WAF1 gene was decreased with the increase in malignancy of neoplasma ,while the positive staining rate of p53 protein was increased.The expression of p21WAF1 gene was negatively associated with p53 protein.Detection of p21WAF1 gene and p53 protein expression may have significant value in the prognosis of human colorectal carcinoma.
