As an important part of construction project management,investment control not only requires specialized technical personnel with corresponding professional capability and the spirit of respecting work but also involves an omni-bearing,whole process and emphatic control.This article,taking the Zhengzhou-Xuzhou railway electrification project for example,makes an introduction to the experience of the railway administration which adjusted the concept and mode of construction management,strengthening the structural reform on construction management,allocating crack management organs and personnel with contract,design,field management and the approval of cost outside the contract as the priority,and did a good job of an omni-bearing and whole process investment control to realize the investment target.
