后张法混凝土单箱双室箱梁模板设计与施工

城际铁路后张法预应力混凝土单箱双室简支箱梁在国内应用较少,由于箱梁设计创新,科技含量高,提梁运梁、存梁精度要求高,因此,对箱梁模板的设计、制作与安装提出了更高的要求,对施工中的控制点及精度提出更大的考验。结合沪宁城际铁路工程,对单箱双室预制箱梁模板设计以及在施工过程中的主要控制点进行浅要的分析。

Design and Construction of Post-stretching Pre-stressed Concrete Single-box Double-room Simple Box Girder Form

The post-stretching prestressed concrete（single-box double-room） simple box girder is rarely used in the country.Due to its inventive design,high-tech content,and high girder lifting and handling capacity,and high girder storage accuracy,higher requirements for box girder form design,manufacture and installation,and more key construction control points and higher accuracy are put forward.This paper makes a brief analysis according to main control points for Shanghai-Nanjing Intercity Railway single-box double-room precast box girder form design and construction in combination with the actual construction process.
