钢轨在线铣磨维护技术分析与研究

摘    要:国内主要的钢轨在线维护方式有钢轨打磨和钢轨铣磨两种,钢轨铣磨机在钢轨维护性轮廓修复,处理病害较重的钢轨方面具有优势。本文结合国内钢轨铣磨机在线维护技术的应用,重点对钢轨圆周径向打磨技术进行分析,根据钢轨在线铣磨技术的磨控制原理,研究Z向定位伺服和Y向定位伺服控制技术,提出了电气控制组网及硬件组态集成优化方案,并对未来钢轨在线维护技术的发展方向及重点研究内容进行展望。

Abstract:The main rail online maintenance technology in china includes rail grinding and rail milling,and the rail milling machine has the advantage of the rail maintenance contour repairing and heavier disease rails processing.Combining with the application of domestic rail online milling and grinding maintenance technology,this paper mainly focused on rail circle radial grinding technology analysis,studied the Z-direction servo control technology and Y-direction servo control technology according to the rail online milling principle,put forward the integrated optimization scheme of electrical control network and hardware configuration of grinding unit,and concluded the future development orientation and key research content of domestic rail online maintenance technology.
