摘    要:新街台格庙矿区长距离大坡度斜井采用TBM工法在煤矿建设领域是一个崭新的课题,其综合性强,技术复杂,施工难点多,需要综合解决出碴、排水、防爆、物料运输等关键问题。针对新街台格庙矿区1号试验斜井和2号试验斜井的工程和地质特殊情况,并充分考虑长距离6°下坡掘进对设备的不利影响,对TBM设备的选型进行探讨。

Abstract:It is a new topic to choose TBM method in the Xinjie Taigemiao Mine long distance and large slope incline shaft,which is the first time of TBM method to be used in the construction of coal mine area for its comprehensive,complex,technology construction difficulty.slagging,drainage,explosion-proof,material transportation and other key issues should be considered.In light of the specialty of engineering and geology condition of 1# and 2# experimental inclined shaft in the Xinjie Taigemiao Mine,and the long range 6°slope excavation on the adverse effects of TBM equipment,the equipment selection is discussed.
