线阵列CCD摄像技术在铁路检测领域的应用

为了实现电力接触导线磨损非接触式动态检测和轨道磨损非接触式动态检测，上海铁路局科研所采用高速线阵列电荷耦合器件（CCD）摄像技术研发了非接触式动态检测平台，应用到上海局鹰厦线电力接触导线磨损检测，以此为背景，介绍了CCD传感器成像过程，描述了非接触式电力接触导线动态检测和非接触式轨道磨损动态检测技术的原理、数学模型、设备配置、软件开发环境和线阵列CCD单色图像处理用户软件类的设计。

Application of linear array CCD photography technology to railway detecting field

In order to implement the detecting of abrasion of contact wire and rail abrasion for non-contact and dynamic, thenon-contact and dynamic detecting platform with the fast linear array CCD photography technology was developed byscience and technology institute of Shanghai Railway Administration. It was applied to detect the abrasion of contact wire onYing Xia line in Shanghai Railway Administration. On the basis of mentioned background, it was introduced the imagingprocess of linear array CCD sensor and described the principle, mathematic model, equipments collocation, software developmentenvironment, the design of users software to process the single color imaging of linear array CCD for non-contact anddynamic detecting the abrasion of contact wire and rail abrasion.
