滑动索鞍的试验研究

摘    要:东明黄河大桥的斜拉体系改造工程是介于矮塔斜拉桥和悬索桥之间的一种新型桥体,采用新型钢丝斜拉体系,并在桥塔上设置滑动索鞍,通过索鞍的自适应滑动,使桥塔两侧的索力平衡。滑动索鞍是新型钢丝斜拉体系的关键技术,有必要进行滑动索鞍的模型试验研究。依托东明黄河大桥工程项目,介绍了滑动索鞍性能试验的模型设计以及试验实施方法,并通过智能张拉系统完成了循环耐久试验。试验结果表明,索鞍具有自适应滑动的功能和良好的滑动性能及耐久性,能满足新型钢丝斜拉体系的需求。

Experimental Study of Sliding Cable Saddle

Abstract:The reconstruction project of cable-stayed system of Dongming Yellow River Bridge is a new type of bridge body between short pylon cable-stayed bridge and suspension bridge. In the new type of steel wire cable-stayed system, sliding cable saddle is set on the bridge tower, and the cable force on both sides of the bridge tower is balanced by adaptive sliding of the cable saddle . The sliding cable saddle is the key technology of the new steel wire cable-stayed system. It is necessary to conduct model test research .This paper introduces the model design and implementation method of performance test of sliding cable saddle.The cyclic endurance test of cable saddle was completed by intelligent tensioning system.The test results show that the cable saddle has automatic walking function and good sliding performance, which can meet the demand of the new cable cable-stayed system.
