摘    要:土工格室是一种新因其具有三维空间结构且材料耐磨损、运输便利、可扩展性强、自推进性强、填料选择性大等特点的筑路材料,可用于抢修道路及铺筑简易便道。土工格室作为加固材料铺筑路面时,作用于路面结构的顶部,在受到压力时格式节点处容易断裂。为解决格室存在问题,本文通过对土工格室节点进行改进加固,铺筑试验用段验证其现场适用性。改进后土工格室铺筑道路具有优良的路面性能,道路抢修中,临时道路经过土工格室填充时,施工机械才能直接在其上运行。铺设在约5cm顶部的保护层可以达到足够高的道路质量,有效解决甚至消除缺陷,提高交通安全和舒适性。土工格室在抢险救灾情况下道路铺筑可行性较高,故改进后土工格室有较好的社会经济效益。

Abstract:Geocell is a new kind of structure with three-dimensional space. The new road building material has the characteristics of wear resistance, convenient transportation, strong expansibility, strong self-propulsion and large filler selectivity. It can be used to repair roads and pave easy access roads. Geocell acts on the top of the pavement structure as a reinforcing material. The format node is easy to break under pressure. In order to solve the problems existing in geocell, this paper improved and strengthened geocell joints, and pavement test was used to verify its field applicability. The improved geocell paved road has excellent pavement performance. In road rush repair, when temporary road passes geocell filling, construction machinery can run directly on it. The protective layer laid on the top of about 5cm can achieve a high enough road quality. It can effectively solve or even eliminate defects, improve traffic safety and comfort. Geocell is more feasible in road paving under emergency rescue and disaster relief, so the improved geocell has better social and economic benefits.
