山区悬索桥缆索吊设计与安拆技术应用

摘    要:为解决山区悬索桥加劲梁吊装的难题,设计采用跨度布置为130 m+550 m+210 m的缆索吊施工工艺。缆索吊的索鞍通过加高支架固定在索塔横梁上,主索锚固于两岸锚碇,加劲梁从一岸引桥桥面近索塔处起吊。缆索吊装系统设置两组索道,两点吊,满足加劲梁吊重110 t设计。通过系统地介绍山区悬索桥缆索吊设计与安拆技术应用,为同类型项目提供借鉴与参考。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of hoisting the stiffening beams of suspension bridge in the mountainous area, the construction technology of cable hoist with the span layout of 130 m+ 550 m+ 210 m is designed. The cable saddle of the cable hoist is fixed on the crossbeam of cable pylon. The main cable is anchored to two banks. The stiffening beam is hoisted from the approach bridge deck near the pylon on one bank. The cable hoisting system is installed with two groups of cableways and two-point hoisting, which can meet the design of 110-t hoisting weight of stiffening beam. The design and installation-dismantling technological application of cable hoist for the suspension bridge in the mountainous area are systematically introduced, which can be referred fro the similar projects.
