大跨径钢混组合梁施工关键技术及控制要点研究

摘    要:大跨径梁式钢混组合梁,受力结构复杂,施工工序多且工艺复杂,施工实例少。详细分析了杭州绕城高速公路大桥大跨度梁式钢混组合梁施工过程中,钢混组合梁分段安装、顶升、多次叠合等关键施工技术,总结提出了钢梁精细化加工、精准安装落位和同步顶升,以及沉降、位移及变形控制等的施工关键控制要点。经实测验证,按相关技术控制的钢混组合梁整体高精度完成,相关指标符合设计文件及规范要求。

Abstract:The long-span steel-concrete composite beam has complex stress structure, many construction procedures and complex technology, and few construction examples.This paper analyzes in detail the key construction technologies such as segmental installation, jacking and multiple superposition of steel-concrete composite beams in the construction process of long-span steel-concrete composite beams of Hangzhou ring expressway bridge, and summarizes and puts forward the key construction control points such as fine processing of steel beams, accurate installation and positioning and synchronous jacking, as well as settlement, displacement and deformation control.The actual measurement shows that the steel-concrete composite beam controlled according to the relevant technology in this paper is completed with high accuracy, and the relevant indicators meet the requirements of the design documents and specifications.The construction technology can provide some reference for the design, construction and supervision of similar long-span steel-concrete composite girder bridges.
