| 摘 要： | 导航电子地图是智能交通和车载导航领域的重要组成部分，其设计和制作方法的好坏会直接影响到后期的可用性。对导航电子地图的设计和制作进行了详细讨论，包括数据流程设计、电子地图系统构成、数据采集与编辑方法、地图符号制作、图形显示与绘图输出等，针对交通要素介绍了电子地图要素的分层和制作方法，并对目前导航电子地图行业存在的一些问题提出了自己的看法。

The paper discusses the design and execution, including the design on data flow, electronic map＇system structure , data collecting and editing, map symbol making.display and output, and introduces map＇ delamination.means of execution to transportation elements. |
