基于PNN的舰船柴油机冷却系统故障预警研究

摘    要:针对舰船柴油机冷却系统,分析其典型故障模式,选取特征参数,基于概率神经网络(PNN)建立故障预警模型以对其进行故障预警,结合某型柴油机在某船实际运行数据完成模型的训练和验证。结果表明:采用概率神经网络可有效地实现舰船柴油机冷却系统的故障预警。

Abstract:According to the cooling system of marine diesel engine, the typical failure mode is analyzed, the characteristic parameters are selected, and the fault warning model is established based on the probability neural network (PNN) to fault warning, and the training and verification of the model are completed with the actual data of a diesel engine in a ship. The results show that the probabilistic neural network can effectively realize the fault warning of marine diesel engine cooling system.
